Our comprehensive Micro-Vu training programs are designed to equip your team with the skills and confidence to maximise your measurement systems.

Whether you’re new to the technology or looking to refine your expertise, our tailored training ensures you’re fully prepared to meet your quality goals.

With hands-on learning and expert instruction, you’ll develop the knowledge to create accurate routines, troubleshoot effectively, and stay up to date with the latest features and best practices.

Training Levels:

  • Basic Programmer Training: 2/3 or 4 days
  • Advanced Programmer Training: 2/3 days

Each session is fully customised to your specific requirements and is available either on-site or at Sempre’s training facilities in Gloucester, UK or Balbriggan, Ireland – all led by our experienced, knowledgeable engineers.

Training is available for all Micro-Vu systems, including Micro-Vu Vertex and Micro-Vu Excel.

Basic training: using vision only

Basic Training: with additional tool options

  • Touch probe (1 Day)
  • Rotary (1/2Day)

Advanced Training: using vision with either Probe, Rotary or Laser

  • Mirroring
  • 3D geometry construction
  • MMC, MIC, MZ constraints
  • Point cloud scanning
  • Storing and recalling features
  • Outlier rejection
  • Advanced multi-part starts
  • Extracting geometry from point clouds
  • Exporting snapshots
