S lynx is a non-contact 3D surface profiler designed for quality control in industry and research. It has been designed as a compact and versatile measurement system able to measure differing textures, structures, roughness and waviness, all across varying surface scales.

Equipped with three powerful measuring techniques:
- Ai focus variation – Saves each layer as the lens moves upward allowing you to see shape and curvature.
- Confocal – Only allows focused light through, permitting you to see the surface structure.
- Interferometry – Uses a laser to allow very accurate measurement, down to nanometers. Great for shiny surfaces such as wafers.
- Fast data processing – The acquisition calculations are performed within the sensor head, which allows the PC’s full power to be used for the data analysis.
- Large extended measurements – Advanced stitching capabilities allow you to capture high-resolution data over an area of 125x75mm.
- Compact – Small and compact allowing it to fit into the highest of spaces in your lab or shop floor.
