Overview

A service and maintenance agreement between you and The Sempre Group provides levels of support according to your needs and everyday peace of mind.

Our cover options can include:

  • telephone support
  • remote support
  • priority respones (within 24 hours)
  • breakdown cover
  • annual / 6 monthly / 3 monthly calibrations with traceable certificate
  • some systems are now also available with UKAS calibration
  • HDD imaging

All new machines purchased from Sempre are covered during the first year by our parts and labour warranty. In the following years, we recommend that for quality control machines are linked into a site-wide service agreement.
