  • Machine start-up, initialisation & software familiarisation
  • Programming features- setting up a new program
  • Length position features- general, extreme value, intersection point
  • Diamterers- general, extreme value
  • Topics-  test position, intersection references, angles, radii, lengths
  • Threads- standard cylindrical threads
  • Geometric features- axes- static and rotational
  • Roundness- General, interrupted, runout, total runout, parallelism, cylindricity, straightness, concentricity
  • Profile form
  • Rotational position references-peak & valley, through hole
  • Advanced Programming techniques- probing directions, repeat measurements
  • Test plan features- live measurement mode, repeat measurements, setting up automatic PDF reports, setting up data export, optimising programs, program troubleshooting

  • Programming features- user-defined program setups
