Each Plugin consists of:

A set of processing settings: threshold adjustments, filters, operators, and cropping options, etc, that can be applied to the measured data before analysis. Each Plugin has its own suite of processing settings.
A set of parameters and tolerances: A set of fitting parameters and tolerance selections used to refine and optimise the analysis results. These settings allow customisation based on known reference data, scaling factors, manufacturing conditions, and specific tolerance requirements, to ensure accurate and relevant outcomes.
