• Gauge Database – Gauge location, supplier details, and related information such as shipping addresses, costs, and service records are stored for easy access when servicing or replacing instruments. Data can also be imported from existing systems for seamless integration.
• Gauge History – A complete history of calibration studies is maintained, allowing users to track trends over time. Information on external calibrations can be stored for easy reference.
• Calibration Software – The software supports both external and internal calibrations. For internal calibrations, users can select the number of calibration points within the measuring range and incorporate measurement or master uncertainty into the study for more precise results.
• Reports – DataLyzer Gauge Management supports Calibration Study History, results tracking, calibration due reports, and label printing. All necessary reports required by IATF 16949 standards are readily available within the system.
• MSA Software – methods including Bias and Linearity studies, Type 1, 2, and 3 GRR studies, and Attribute studies (Kappa).
