ProTable XY is a precision two-axis measuring system engineered for accurate measurement of large panel or sheet-type products up to 2 inches (50 mm) thick and weighing up to 120 lbs (55 kg) when evenly distributed.
Built for durability and precision, it features a 0.375-inch (9.5 mm) thick hard-anodised cast aluminium plate surface, with an optional stainless steel upgrade. Each axis is guided by a robust steel linear bearing system, while full-length 0.250-inch (6 mm) stainless steel back fences ensure consistent positioning.
The moving measuring pins are crafted from hardened steel, with stainless steel and custom options available. Constructed from high-quality aluminium extrusion and steel bearings, the ProTable XY delivers smooth operation while minimising orthogonal, Abbé, and cosine errors, making it ideal for demanding industrial measurement applications.
