The Oasis Core can instantly measure multiple profile dimensions on small parts, accurate to 2.5μm. Perfect for small shaft components, it can also be paired with a light version of the measurement software. This provides an economical alternative for manufacturers whose measurement needs are basic.

CoreX2 Motorized Rotary Stage
The CoreX2 is the largest Field of View OASIS that measures multiple dimensions on a part to an accuracy of up to +/– 5μm.
With the addition of the new Motorised Rotary Stage, parts can now be rotated a full 360º to get profile images and measurements from every aspect of the part. All dimensions are taken in real-time as the part rotates in the field of view.

Automatic inspection reporting:
Measurements taken by the Core are recorded as parts are inspected. Those dimensions are imported into an inspection report that can be printed or saved for future retrieval. The report can be created for the dimensions of a single inspected part or for a group of parts in an entire inspection run. Dimensions can also be easily exported to SPC Software in real-time.
By capturing the image in a digital format, the software converts the image into real-time dimensional data. Every time a part is placed in the inspection zone, all dimensions are instantly measured and displayed.
