Renishaw REVO® 5-axis Measurement System

The REVO system enables operators to reduce measurement cycle times without compromising accuracy. 

The system features synchronised motion capabilities and 5-axis measurement technology to minimise the dynamic effects of CMM motion at ultra high measurement speeds. The REVO-2 head completes the fast demanding motion over the component surface, while the CMM moves in a linear slow fashion, improving measurement accuracy.

The system also features a flexible tip-sensing probe to improve system accuracy and performance when measuring parts. Operators can also easily change and remove the stylus, making the system even more flexible.

As a new installation or an accredited upgrade, the REVO 5-axis measurement system offers:
