Overview

The Opticline range is designed for extremely fast, extremely accurate measurement of cylindrical or shaft-type parts. It uses green light received by cameras to take a full image of the part to provide dimensional and characteristic measurements – such as concentricity and runout. The range has many applications in the automotive, medical and turned parts industries.

With a robust clamping lever, equipped with a notably wide grip, Jenoptik’s Opticline range is suitable for both left and right-handed operators. The accessible design prevents obstruction of view when operating the system.

Software Overview

Simple, intuitive software that enables users with a basic level of understanding to programme and run Jenoptik Opticline measurement routines in minutes.

The Tolaris Metrology Software displays live images of the shaft. Paired with an LED illuminated working area, this software gives clear visuals of the profile conditions of the shaft measurement.

Retractable sensors and protective bumpers are enabled during loading and unloading to provide an additional level of protection.
