• Web-based or installed application – deployed either as a desktop application or through a browser. 
• System Preferences – configured to your specific needs e.g. type of control chart, selection of real-time analysis, email or text alerts.
• Control Charts Setup – Create variable and attribute control charts of all types, with extensive options for presentation and calculation preferences.
• Traceability Parameters – Charts can be configured with multiple traceability parameters, which can be set up in various ways, such as using predefined lists, calendar-based values, or validating data from third-party software like SAP.
• Customisable Data Collection Screens – Data can be collected manually or semi-automatically using gage connections. The manual option allows data to be collected by part or by characteristic.
• Automatic Data Collection – DataLyzer® Import Services enable automatic data imports from a wide range of sources, including databases, MES systems, OPC servers, Excel spreadsheets, cameras, CMMs, and text files. Standard connectors are available to streamline data integration.
• Drill Down Dashboard – A real-time dashboard can be customized to monitor a single production line, an entire plant, or multiple facilities.
• Extensive Reporting Options – A standard set of 33 reports, including control charts, histograms, bar charts, and Pareto charts, can be generated and filtered by date and traceability parameters.
• Machine Learning – Integrate full machine learning capabilities into our SPC module. Data can be extracted from the DataLyzer database and analysed using AI tools, or combined with data from other sources for comprehensive analysis. 
• Certificate of Analysis/FAIR – The COA module enables users to create custom Certificates of Analysis (COA), First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), or TCDs using flexible templates. These certificates can be designed with Excel templates, with data automatically inserted from the SPC software into predefined placeholders.
• Mould Management – For industries utilising moulds, DataLyzer offers a comprehensive mould management module. This tool allows you to efficiently manage blockages and validations in production, providing full tracking and tracing of cavity numbers by position and configuration. Fully integrated with the SPC software, the module simplifies data entry for measurements and records blockages in attribute charts.
